Bryan began learning violin at the age of 3 1/2 and added viola at age 15. As part of Classic Strings Duo, he and his brother Kevin have performed in Carnegie Hall (New York), in Yamaha Hall (Tokyo) and at various music festivals in Europe. http://www.classicstringsduo.com/
Bryan is currently under contract as a violist with the Roanoke Symphony Orchestra, he performs with the Rainier Piano Trio under a grant with the Virginia Commission for the Arts, and he provides violin and viola lessons to students of all ages (4 to 75).
To round out his days, Bryan cares for his infant son Finn while his wife teaches school and he enjoys spending time gardening and hiking.
